In 2017, CORNERSTONE received the Best Documentary Short Award at the Best Shorts Film Competition and earned numerous international awards since its release including Best Human Rights Film, Best Cinematography and Best Documentary. Miss Lang is the recipient of over a dozen awards for her work as a director, editor and producer for humanitarian documentary films since 2006.
